Riverton Family Doctors is a mixed billing practice located at Shop 41, Stockland Riverton Shopping Centre.

We are a family-orientated medical practice committed to providing high quality, comprehensive and holistic care to patients in Riverton and the surrounding areas. We welcome new patients and first-time visitors to the practice.

From 13 January 2025, patients under 16 years of age will be bulk billed if they hold a current Medicare Card. Patients with Health Care Cards or Pension Cards will be required to pay a private fee, as these appointments will no longer be routinely bulk billed.

Dr Lakshmi will offer bulk billing from 23 February 2026.

All weekend appointments are privately billed.

We are open:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 12:30pm

Our waiting room includes a children’s play area, television and magazines to help make your visit more comfortable.

Appointment Cancellations

Please notify reception at least 2 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of $70.00 for a single appointment.

Test Results

Patients are responsible for following up their own test results.

Please book an appointment with your doctor to discuss your results, including pathology, imaging, specialist correspondence or other investigations.
